As Jockey S Manohar, the declared rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey L Prashant to ride TOUCH OF ROMANCE in place of the declared rider.
