As Jockey Vivek, the declared rider of EPHIALTIES, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Third Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to substitute Jockey Anil Baandal to ride EPHIALTIES in place of the declared rider.

Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of JAMAIS VU, was reprimanded for not keeping a proper course, within 100 Metres from the start.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of BRYANT PARK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and taking 'out' horses on its outside, viz., FOREST QUEEN (G Y Rajesh Babu) and PASSING FANCY (Md. Sameer), rounding the final bend.

Jockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of BORN FOR SUCCESS, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was revealed to have fresh injury at oral commisure; Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Cedric Segeon, the rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' badly in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars and fresh injuries inside the mouth; Hence, Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].

Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of JAMAIS VU, was reprimanded for hitting the horse with his right hand, in the last 100 Metres of the Race.
