After being stalled MISS MELINDA (S Lalit) was very fractious inside the starting gates and hurt herself as such was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MISS MELINDA sustained an injury on right hind left stifle. Trainer S Nawab was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of MISTER BELLA reported that as the start was effected his mount stumbled.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of LOVEABLE was fined Rs.3000/- for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting thereby inconveniencing TRABOQUE (Md Asif Khan) on his inside  which passed it onto  JINGLE DINGLE (M B Qureshi) which had to be checked by its rider.

Jockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of WINNING SYNDROME reported that his mount was hanging out from the 300 mts of the race. Trainer Sarataj Singh was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey  Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of   MASTER PHOENIX requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal  the rider of  MASTER PHOENIX placed third by the Judge against Jockey G S Shekhawat  the rider of LOVEABLE placed first by the Judge for “ blocking my passage from 600 mts  and again coming onto to me from 400 mts ,bumped me  twice , after 200 mts and 100 mts and not allowing me to ride out properly by taking my grounds  till the winning post and that cost me a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MASTER PHOENIX reported that he had used the whip excessive as corrective measures as his mount was running erratic.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner LOVEABLE in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and were sent for analytical test.
