Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey M Madhu Babu to ride PASSING FULCRUM in place of Jockey S Manohar, the declared rider.

PASSING FULCRUM (M Madhu Babu) fell near the Starting Gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right hind; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ICE BROWN (M Bhaskar) planted, lost many lengths at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey M B Qureshi, the rider of ZOE, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of DHANYAVAAD, was reprimanded for coming 'in' and inconveniencing AL DORADO (Saddam Hussain) on his inside, approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of KING SMILE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the undesired practice of easing his mount, in the last few strides of the Race.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of AL DORADO, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the improper act of hitting his mount with hands during the Race.

ZOE (M B Qureshi) sustained small cut inside right hind pastern.
