DELIBERATION (Irvan Singh) planted in the Gates and did not take part in the Race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.
 
Jockey A Ramu, the rider of JOEY, reported that his mount was not showing any speed and despite his best efforts, did not improve its position from the start till the 600 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sustained small injury on left hind back of fetlock.
 
Jockey S Guruprasad, the rider of COUNTRY'S CHARM, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.
 
An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the inconsistent pattern of running of VROOM VROOM, ridden by Jockey Ajeet Kumar and trained by Mr. Vishal Yadav, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 40, of the Mysore Summer Races 2017, i.e., The Nadir Plate – Div.II (About) 1200 Metres,  for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Sixth Day, Wednesday, 28th June, 2017, when ridden by Jockey Kiran Naidu, it ran unplaced. After due enquiry, considering the submissions made by Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, viewing the CCTV replay of both the Races, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge VROOM VROOM (Ajeet Kumar), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.  40, of the Mysore Summer Races 2017.
 
EYE OF THE NEEDLE (M B Qureshi) sustained small injury on right hind pastern.
