Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw ARAK (Neeraj Rawal) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be profusely sweating, shivering and under shock; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
It was observed that POINT (Arshad Alam) accidentally stumbled, passing the 1300 Metres.
 
Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of QUEEN, was reprimanded for repeatedly changing the course in the straight.
 
Jockey P Sai Kumar, the rider of BE BOLD, placed Second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of BENEDETTA, placed First by the Judge, for 'coming 'out' and taking my ground in the last 100 Metres, where, my horse was full of running, forcing me to move 'out' and that cost me a certain Race'; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
 
Jockey Arshad Alam the rider of POINT reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
BENEDETTA (Y S Srinath) and BE BOLD (P Sai Kumar) both drifted 'out' under pressure after passing the 300 Metres.
 
BENEDETTA (Y S Srinath) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality reported.
 
BE BOLD (P Sai Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old non-healing ulcers inside the cheek on the right side.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f BENEDETTA.
