Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KINGOFTHEWORLD, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing SMILE STONE (Y S Srinath) on his outside, which in turn, went onto SEA LAGOON (Arshad Alam), on its outside, passing the 250 Metres.
