Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey J Paswan to ride PERFECTO in place of Jockey S R Santosh Kumar), the declared rider.
 
Jockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of FLASH TIME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to AZURE FIRE (Md. Imran Ashraf) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey M Naveen, the rider of STELLA MARI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to RISING RANI (Mohit Singh) on his inside, approaching the 700 Metres.
 
Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
 
Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' very badly throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed very sharp molars with impression on right side; Hence, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].
 
It was reported after the Race that RISING RANI (Mohit Singh) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
An enquiry is being held into the saddling of AZURE FIRE (Md. Imran Ashraf) and SPINNING CHAKRAM (Janardhan Paswan), by Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath, in the above Race.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g FLASH TIME.
