Jockey R Manish, the rider of VENI VIDI VICI, was reprimanded for coming 'in', thereby, inconveniencing ALECIA (M Madhu Babu) on his inside, before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of EUDORA, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of VIJAYA DHRUVA, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' on entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Rakesh] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was questioned as to the running of his charge MATTEO (G Y Rajesh Babu), especially as to the reason for his charge becoming a favourite, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu asked the him 2-3 weeks back for a top weight ride and since the horse was carrying weight of 61.5kgs and there were no suitable riders available, he declared him;  b) He wanted to run the horse, since the horse is 7 year old and the season was getting over and  he himself being the owner of the horse, wanted to earn stakes; c) He had instructed the ride to sit 3rd or 4th and to do his best in the Race; d) He did not know how the horse was backed so heavily; e) He had fancied both of his horses in the above Race; f) On 21st November, 2018, this horse was ridden by Joceky M J Gautam Raj Urs and it won with higher odds, as his charge winning the race is more important for him; g) After that, in the next immediate run he declared Jockey R Manish with the weight of 49.5kgs but the horse finished 6th as the Race was too fast for his horse; h) After that, he gave one month rest and he ran it in the above Race. His explanations were noted.
