Racing Incidents

As Jockey Akshay Kumar could not arrive in time to fulfill his riding engagement (missed the flight). Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah to declare Jockey K. Sai Kiran to ride AINE in the place of declared rider.

Jockey Adarsh .G replaced the indisposed Jockey Ganesh. N on KUDLA PUNCH.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of AINE shifted out and caused severe interference to WINGS OF DESIRE (P. Trevor) on his outside, which in turn passed it onto GRAND EMPIRE (Ashok Kumar .A) passing the 1100 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the incident.

It was reported after the race that GRAND EMPIRE (Ashok Kumar A.) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of VARCASVA reported that his mount was making a roaring noise. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have (ILH paralysis – on endoscopy). Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g SUMMER PALACE.
