Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda to withdraw his charge SOVIET UNION (M Rajesh Kumar) from the above Race on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, PERFECTGOLDENERA (K Sai Kiran); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

JAMES BOND (A Vishwanath) jumped 'out' awkwardly at the start of the Race.

Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of JAMES BOND, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of FIND, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing SANTORINI SECRET (K Raja Rao) on his outside passing 300 Meters.

Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of RAW GOLD, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course in the closing stages.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of INKY BLACK, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course in the closing stages.

INKY BLACK (Chethan Gowda) dropped the rider soon after finishing the Race, near the 1800 Metres and thereafter, ran around the course and completed two rounds. On immediate examination after being apprehended, it was reported to have suffered from over exhaustion. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to give it adequate rest and was also informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.  

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of PERFECTGOLDENERA was fined Rs.5,000/- for excessive use of whip on his mount (2nd Infringement).
