Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider of BRABOURNE was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to fulfil his riding engagement of the day, after having accepted to ride; Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey S Imran to ride BRABOURNE in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, MANDY (M J Gautam Raj Urs);        Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

BRABOURNE (S Imran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of COUNTRY'S POWER was find Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and  causing interference to MANDY (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside which went on to TOWERNG STORM (K Raghu) on its inside passing 1100 metres.

TOWERING STORM (K Raghu) accidentally brushed the railings rounding the final bend.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of BEAT THE ODDS was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

LEAP OF FAITH (P Kiran Rai) sustained deep cut injury inside right hind hock.
