Tr. Javed Khan when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge BRAHMACHARI(App P Tejeshwar) as compared to its previous runs during the season stated by email that:-

Quote “as there are very few handicap races in class I,he had been running in sweepstakes race mostly from the monsoon onwards,with multitude company,Idecided to run him in the 1400mts race where he was running at 50kgs with allowance,the pace of the race and the handicap suited him well,he came from offthe pace and won as a pleasant surprise”.Unquote.

The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation.
