As Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the declared rider of DEAN'S GAL, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagements for the day, due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey Sameer Qureshi to ride DEAN'S GAL, in the above Race, in place of the declared rider.  

Trainer C D Monnappa was fined Rs.2,000/- for parading his charge CONSPIRACY (H Rahul), in the Paddock, without sporting the equipment, Cross Nose Band, for the use of which prior permission was obtained. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was put on the horse before it left the paddock.

Jockey, Rahil Akhtar, the rider of CLASSIC JEWEL was find Rs.1,000/-  for not maintaining straight course, in the Straight.

Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of DEAN'S GAL, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount, in the above Race [1st Infringement].

Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for the vastly improved performance of his charge FLASH BOND (Arshad Alam), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 1 of the Mysore Winter Races 2021-22, i.e., The Mandya Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for maiden Indian horses 3 years old olny (Terms), run on First Day, Wednesday, 20th October, 2021, when ridden by Jockey K Mukesh Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse ran in a maiden race in its previous run and that it was running after almost eight months; b) In that Race in particular, he had fancied the chances, but when he questioned the rider as to why he had dropped his hands in the closing stages of the Race, he had told him that one of the frontrunners which was slowing down had come in front of him; c) After that run, he chose to run it in the above Race, which was over 7 furlongs and with the extra 200 Metres to travel; d) His charge, which  was running for the first time in a Class Race, ran very well as per his expectations and won the Race. His explanations were noted for future reference.
