Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw EL TYCOON (V R Jagdeesh) on veterinary grounds as the horse collided with the railings on the way to saddling enclosure and was found to be bleeding from both the nostrils due to concussion on head; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 
 
GOOD OPINION (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race,  on a Race Day, on the Race Track.

Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the rider of TIME ALWAYS, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SHIMMERS (M J Gautam Raj Urs), on his inside along the railings, passing the 350 Metres. 

Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the rider of TIME ALWAYS reported that his mount was hanging ìn' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club's Veterinary officer it was found to have Sharp Molars (3rd Infringement); Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was fined Rs. 10,000/- for his negligence. He was cautioned that a similar manner of negligence (4th Infringement during the Mysore Winter Races 2021-22) would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
