Racing Incidents

APNA TIME AAYEGA (App Gaurav Singh) and AMAZING DREAM (Arman Khan) were slow to begin.

NAZAAKAT  (App  P Tejeshwar,  drawn  3)  and AMAZING  DREAM  (Arman  Khan, drawn 4)    made contact with each other soon after the start.

Approaching the 800 metres SCARLET WITCH (App Hasib Alam) clipped DEVINE CHAKRA (Hindu Singh) when the latter travelling in front, shifted in. Soon after DEVINE CHAKRA was eased out of the race by its rider as he felt his mount was not striding fluently from the hind. SCARLET WITCH broke down passing the distance post and was eased up by App Hasib Alam. Immediate veterinary examination revealed that SCARLET WITCH sustained fracture of both apical sesamoid bone of right fore, was in pain and agony and was euthanized on humanitarian grounds later in the evening.

The Veterinary Officer reported that DEVINE CHAKRA returned with a cut injury on its left hind.

ARROW (Sujit Kr Paswan) had to take evasive action passing the 600 metres when DEVINE CHAKRA was eased up by Jockey Hindu Singh, in the process ARROW lost precious ground in the race.
