As Jockey Angad the declared rider of GREAT HOPE was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the 7th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D to substitute Jockey J H Arul to ride GREAT HOPE in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ASHWA YUDHVIR was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ACHOOK (Hindu Singh) on his inside passing the 1500 Metres.
