Jockey Nazerul Alam replaced the indisposed Jockey Shamaz Shareef on TREMENDOUS.

TREMENDOUS (Nazerul Alam) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right hind. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ABERLOUR (S Antony Raj) reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Gate jump on a Starting Gate practice day.

It was observed that FURIOUS FUN (Akash Agarwal) and TRUST BOND (Dhanu Singh Deora) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of TRUST BOND reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of COORG REGIMENT was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of FLASH BOND was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

TRUST BOND (Dhanu Singh Deora) sustained bumping injury on right hind fetlock.
