At the start, ASHWA YASHOBALI(G.S. Shekhawat) lost about 2 length.

Trainer H Ali Khan was questioned regardingimproved performance ofhis charge FARGOas compared to her previous run in Race no. 89 run on 20thDec 2022.

Trainer H Ali Khan stated as follows :

1.In race no. 89 his charge finished close 8thwithin 3 lengthsfrom the winnerin a tightly packed field.

2.In this race the mare was running at49 kgs and he further claimed an allowance of 4 kg by declaring an apprentice jockey.

3.He had not fancied for a win.

His explanation was noted however he was cautioned to be more careful in future.

After the race, ASHWA YASHOBALIwas observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not fit to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer A. Khanhas been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.

Trainer H Ali Khan was fined Rs 5000/-for allowing unauthorized person to leadinhis charge FARGO(winner).
