Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge POWER PORT (R Rakesh) to run in the above race without showing it in a Mock Race, when he was specifically advised to do so. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn.

As Jockey A M Tograllu, the declared rider of CALIFORNIA GOLD was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey A R Pradeep to ride CALIFORNIA GOLD in place of the declared rider.
