Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw N R I TOUCH (M Shahid) on veterinary grounds as it was reported to be lame on right fore due to injury on medial bulb of heel with inflammatory of pastern; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ROYAL TITLE was fined Rs.1,000/- shifting `out’ causing  interference to COME ALIVE (Shreyas Singh) on his outside, approaching 1200 Metres.  

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of BACCHUS was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing NATURAL ONE (Inayat) on his inside, approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of DALLAS was reprimanded for suddenly shifting course towards the inside and inconveniencing BREAK AWAY (Angad), passing 200 Metres.

Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of COME ALIVE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of DALLAS (Afsar Khan – Trained by Mr. Srinivas Babu G), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 7 of the Betway Mysore (Monsoon) Races, 2023, i.e., The Varada Plate (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on the First Day, Friday, 1st September, 2023, when ridden by the same Jockey, it ran unplaced.

PERCEVALE (Sameer Quresi) sustained a small injury on right fore coronet.
