THE BLISSFULELYSEE (K. Sai Kiran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Warren Singh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. 

Jockey S.J. Moulin, the rider of SPRINGSTEEN reported that he could not get a clear run between the 900 Metres and 800 Metres due to closely packed feld. 

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of STAR CONCEPT was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. 

STAR CONCEPT (Ahsan Qureshi) sustained superficial injuries on both hind cannon. 

Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji and Jockey Akshay Kumar were questioned regarding running and riding of RIVER OF GOLD in the above race. The 
trainer stated that: 
1. This horse has not performed well in its previous starts. 
2. This horse had lot of veterinary problems for which it was treated. 
3. Subsequent, to treatment the horse had been regularly in work and also participated in the Mock Race, where it performed decently. 
4. She had instructed the rider to take a good jump, keep it in the mid bunch and do his best in the straight. 
5. The rider followed the riding instructions but the response of the horse was not up to the mark. 

Jockey while corroborating statements of trainer, stated that his mount was making roaring noise in the final 200 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. 

Their explanations were noted for future reference.
