Jockey J Paswan, the declared rider of FESTIVE STAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to make the declared weight. Under the circumstances permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao to declare S Hussain, to ride his charge FESTIVE STAR, in the above Race, in place of Jockey J Paswan, the declared rider.

COME ALIVE (N B Kuldeep) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

It was reported after the Race that THE ANGEL POWER (Afsar Khan) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the Race and also was reported to have suffered from heat stress.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g NATURAL GOLD.
