As Jockey Afsar Khan, the declared rider of HERO OF THE EAST, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mansoor Khan to substitute Jockey A Ayaz Khan to ride HERO OF THE EAST in place of the declared rider.

Jockey K Mukesh Kumar the rider of CONFIDENT GAME was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to FOREST VIEW (L Alex Rozario) on his inside which went on to DORNISH (Akash Agarwal) on its inside in the closing stages of the race.
