CODE OF HONOUR (M Prabhakaran) planted and lost many lengths at the Start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey R Shiva Kumar the rider of FIFTY GRAND reported that his mount hit the frames of stalls, as soon as the start was affected and thereafter, shifted awkwardly inwards, thereby bumping RICH STRIKE (G M Manikandan), on his inside.  Jockey R Shiva Kumar was cautioned to be more alert at the Start.

Jockey Inayat the rider of MASTER VICTORY was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, in the presence of Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K, as to his riding on his mount, in the above Race. Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Jockey Inayat, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows;

a)    To fine Jockey Inayat a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand ony], for the undesirable practice of taking an unduly long lead, right from the 1000 Metres, rounding the bend and after entering the straight, thereby totally using up his mount in the early stages of the Race due to which, his mount had nothing in its tank, when asked for an effort, in the closing stages of the Race. 
b)    Jockey Inayat was cautioned to be more judicious in the riding of his mounts in future and that, a similar manner of riding by him in future, would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action;
c)    To note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K;

MASTER VICTORY (Inayat) sustained linear superficial injury on right hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g ICE STORM.
