Consequent to App. Sonu Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Ajay Kumar to be substituted on TRIPURARI.
 
Jockeys Vivek (LAST WISH) and App. Shivansh (N R I SUPERPOWER) were fined Rs.2000/- each for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on their inside resulting in causing interference to HUGH CAPET ( B R Kumar)
 
Jockey Surya Prakash (ICICLE) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in at about the 1100 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to KANCHA ( Mukesh Kumar) and HURRICANE BAY ( Afroz Khan).
 
Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (HUGH CAPET) that due to interference received soon after the start, his mount dropped the bit and did not raise a fluent gallop thereafter in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (KANCHA) and App. Kuldeep Singh (NUGGET) that their mounts did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of their best efforts, noted. Respective Trainers Magan Singh Parmar and L.V.R. Deshmukh were advised for a better performance in future.
 
Subsequent Veterinary examination of NUGGET (App. Kuldeep Singh) revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
