As Jockey G Umesh was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses to substitute Jockey K Rajesh to ride DAVIDS DELIGHT in place of the declared rider.

QUEEN OF COMEBAKS (Abhishek Mhatre) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the Start.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of QUEEN OF COMEBAKS was reprimanded for shifting `out’ and causing interference to NISHK (M Rajesh Kumar) on his outside passing the 900 metres of the race.

It was observed that MANY MOONS (Inayat) was checked by its rider to avoid colliding with the frontrunner and shifted out onto KALASHNIKOV (Angad), which caused a chain reaction wherein the latter horse further shifted out onto horse on its outside, viz., QUEEN OF COMEBAKS (Abhishek Mhatre), GOODLUCK BRO (A Ayaz Khan), NISHK (M Rajesh Kumar) and D ADMIRAL (Akash agarwal), approaching the 600 metres, of the above race.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of QUEEN OF COMEBAKS reported that his mount was hanging `out’ rounding the bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that examination of mouth revealed sharp molars and fresh injuries inside the mouth; Hence, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement].

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.2,000/- for using the wrong colours on his charge, QUEEN OF COMEBAKS, in the above race.

It was reported after the Race that GOODLUCK BRO (A Ayaz Khan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.
