STAR SYMPHONY (M. Prabhakaran) walked out of the gates, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of STRIKING EYES reported that a lump of earth hit his face (left eye) passing the 1100 Metres as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of MAKOTO reported that he had to ride his mount in check between the 600 Metres till about 400 Metres due to the incident.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey D'nuSingh Deora, the rider of ROYAL WHISPER in the above race. In that he shifted out and caused severe interference to SEA DIAMOND (Surya P.) on his outside, thereby SEA DIAMOND (Surya.P) struck the hind of ROYAL WHISPER, whereby Jockey Surya.P, the rider of SEA DIAMOND was totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount approaching 900 Metres. JOYFUL SPIRIT (A. Ramu) which was travelling along side had to steady his mount and DOUBLE VISION(V.R. Jagadeesh) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked by its rider very severely to avoid striking the prostrated horse and rider. LORDS GRACE (Chethan Kalay.S) also had to steady his mount momentarily.

Jockey D'nuSingh Deora was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey D'nuSingh Deora and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey D'nuSingh Deora for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to D'nuSingh Deora for four (4) race days of BWM 2024-25 i.e., 6/12/2024, 13/12/2024, 14/12/2024 & 21/12/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount ROYAL WHISPER (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

DOUBLE VISION (V.R.Jagadeesh) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that SEA DIAMOND (Surya P.) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Umar Shariff.S was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g POWER OF BEAUTY.
