At the start, DREAMS (Riazuddin) was withdrawn before coming under the starter order as the mare refused to be loaded. Trainer S Ali Khan has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before accepting next to race.

At the start, CASHIER (Praveen Saini) took an awkward jump.

During the race, saddle of LIKE MY CHILD (App. Varun) shifted forward as such Trainer K Ali Khan has been fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling (1st Incident).

An objection was lodged by Jockey Dhanu S Deora (MORISEIKI) placed second by the judge against App. Jockey Varun (LIKE MY CHILD) placed first by the judge “for taking my ground at around 350 meters up to the wining post and deliberately hitting with whip on my mount from last 150 meters due to which my mount shied away and failed to respond on my urging which cost me a certain race”.

The Stewards interviewed the jockeys and having heard the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their own judgment of the race the Stewards decided to overrule the objection and maintain the placing as declared by the judge.
