Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap M Kamath to withdraw WHITE LIES (Vinod Shinde) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to tendon inflammation. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

As Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the declared rider of GAME BOY was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Salman Khan to ride GAME BOY in place of the declared rider. 

FASHIONISTA (Afsar Khan) was examined at the Starting gates and the Basket Bit on the horse was found to be faulty. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Ruban P was fined Rs.3,000/- for using faulty bit on his charge, FASHIONISTA (Afsar Khan) in the above race.

ARMAMENT (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of GAME BOY was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to FESTIVE STAR (Imran Chisty) on his inside along the rails passing the 900 Metres. 

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ANGEL POWER, trained by Mr. Santosh S Rao and ridden by Jockey N Arvind Kumar in the above race.
