Two objections were lodged in this race.

First objection was lodged by Jockey R N Manjhi (ROYAL BABY) placed 2nd by the judge against App. Jockey Mohit Singh (MISSEY BOY) placed 1st by the judge “for coming IN sharply and bumping NIZBATI MALANG (Abdul Fazal) before the red marker due to which latter came on to me and disturbed me badly therefore I could not ride out properly and that cost me a certain race.

Second objection was lodged by jockey Rajinder Saini rider of GAMATI placed 4th by the judge against Jockey Mohit Singh (MISSEY BOY) placed 1st by the judge “ for coming in sharply and bumping me badly as I was totally unbalanced and about to fall down before the red marker due to which I had to stop my mount and riding and that cost me a certain place.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards a Stewards enquiry was called into the riding of jockey Mohit Singh on MISSEY BOY wherein after the start he came in sharply from draw 9 and bumped FRANCO (Arjun) and continued to shift IN and bumped NIZBATI MALANG (Abdul Fazal) and squeezed the inside field which resulted in fall of Jockey Abdul Fazal (NIZBATI MALANG).

The Stewards interviewed the jockeys concerned and having heard the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their own judgement of the race the Stewards opined that Jockey Mohit Singh has ridden dangerously without caring for the safety of other runners and decided to disqualify MISSEY BOY (Winner) from the race and revise the order of placing as under.

1.    ROYAL BABY    -  WINNER
2.    FRANCO    - SECOND
3.    GAMATI    - THIRD
4.    STRIKING DISTANCE    - FOURTH

After the last race, Jockey Mohit Singh (MISSEY BOY) was reported to the Stewards for Dangerous riding. The Stewards interviewed him and after hearing submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and viewing the race recording were not satisfied with his explanation and held him guilty of Dangerous riding and decided to ;

1.    Suspend Jockey Mohit Singh License for 12 race day for dangerous Riding i.e if he apply for a jockey license for the racing season 2025-26, it may be recommended however it will remain suspended for the first 12 race days.
