Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was fined Rs.25,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer for having accepted his charge EXCELLENT LASS (Yash Narredu) to run in the above race. In that he failed to adhere to withdrawal period of the Medication Rules (“Multi vitamins injection and intravenous Amino Acid (Amino bottles) or Lipids (Lipid bottles) can be given 72 hrs before Race Day with cut- off time being 12 noon”), thereby contravening Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the B.T.C Rules of Racing.

Jockey Vishwa. V, the declared rider of EXTRAORDINARY was fined Rs.5,000/- for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Joseph B. Awale to withdraw EXTRAORDINARY from the above race as there was no substitute suitable rider available.
 
SASSY (Tauseef Ahmed) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.G. Y. Rajesh Babu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

MISS SMILEY ANGEL (Abhay Singh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.G. Shashikanth was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Abhay Singh, the rider of MISS SMILEY ANGEL was fined Rs.3,000/- for not improving his position from 1200 Metres till about 600 Metres for no apparent reason.
Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of WELLINGTON was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing the horses on his inside viz; FINLEY (Ramswarup) and KAVYA (N. S. Parmar) approaching 800 Metres.

Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of WELLINGTON was reprimanded for travelling wide from 700 Metres till about 500 Metres for no apparent reason.

MISS SMILEY ANGEL (Abhay Singh) sustained superficial injury on right hind fetlock.
