Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mansoor Khan to withdraw VANDAN (S G Prasad) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to punctured wound and infected cellulitis of pastern region. He was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was ordered and held immediately after the race, with particular reference to the start of the race, wherein it was observed that MY LIFE MY RULES (R Robert) did not jump out of its designated draw No. 11. The Stewards after due deliberations and after examining the Starters Mr. Kiran and Mr. Shanamukha Swamy decided to declare MY LIFE MY RULES (R Robert) a nonstarter and all the bets made on the above horse, made with the Totalizators and the Bookmakers were refunded.
 
ALLURING BEAUTY (Rajesh K) and COORG GENERAL (S Antony Raj) were impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
