Permission has been granted to Trainer R H Sequeira to saddle MESCALITO (Akshay Kumar) on behalf of Trainer S S Allaollahi at both the Trainers' risk and liability.
 
Permission has been granted to Trainer N. Ravinder Singh to saddle DYF (P. Trevor) on behalf of Trainer Nirad H Karanjawala at both the Trainers' risk and liability.
 
MESCALITO (Akshay Kumar) planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.
 
Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (TRUTH) that his mount was keen and in trying to settle his mount suddenly shifted in at about the 2000 mtrs in the process caused interference to RAMIEL (Imran Chisty) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting in at about the 2000 mtrs in the process causing interference to RAMIEL (Imran Chisty).
 
VICTOR HUGO (A. Ashhad Asbar) was observed to have sustained cut injury over right hind mid third plantar cannon.  However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
