Racing Incidents

At the start, YAKUTSK lost about two length.

On being questioned Jockey jai Prakash (ATTENBOROUGH) stated that he was instructed to sit 3rd/4th and to do his best. His horse was hanging in wherein he applied three four whips also and tried to pull out. Tr. Rajinder confirmed the instruction and stated that his horse is habitual of hanging in the straight and he has applied basket bit for the same. Their explanation was noted for future reference and Trainer Rajinder was asked to take remedial measures before accepting next to race.

Trainer Imdad Ali and App. Vishal Shivhare were questioned regarding running and riding of BIGG TYMER. App Vishal Shivhare stated that he was instructed to sit 5th/6th and do his best in the straight. His mount jumped slightly awkward due to which he lost his balance and thereby he could not maintain desired positioned. Thereafter entering the straight he rode to the best of his ability.

Trainer Imdad Ali confirmed the instructions and submitted that being not much experienced the apprentice could not take a proper jump and follow his instructions otherwise he is satisfied with his riding.

Being a new licensee, Apprentice Vishal Shivhare was given benefit of doubt for his riding in the initial part of the race however he was cautioned to be more alert and vigorous in his riding efforts.

Veterinary examination of ATTENBOROUGH revealed no apparent abnormality.
