As Jockey R. Vaibhav could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement (flight missed), permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to declare Jockey A. Ramu to ride DIVINE PROTECTOR in place of the declared rider.

DIVO (V.R.Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards. ROSALINE (Antony Raj S.) jumped awkwardly inwards.

Jockey Pavan, the rider of FRIYA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz; STAR OF THE FUTURE (Ikram Ahmed) and ADELANTO (G. Praveen) on his inside approaching 800 Metres.

Jockey A.Ramu, the rider of DIVINE PROTECTOR was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ADELANTO (G. Praveen) on his outside passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of ADELANTO was severely reprimanded for the inept handling of his mount in the final 200 Metres. He was further informed in presence of Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur that repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards.

MARTHA (Angad) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
