DASHING HARRY (R N Manjhi) was withdrawn before coming under the Starter order as the gelding was fractiousinside the stall, reared up and dislodged the rider. Trainer Ajay Sharma has been asked to give sufficient gate practice to the satisfaction of the Starter before accepting next to race.

The Stewards considered Stipendiary Stewards report and interviewed Trainer Ajay Sharma and Jockey K Sunny Kr.

Trainer Ajay Sharma stated that he had instructed the rider to sit 4th/5thon the inside and to do his best in the straight.He submitted that initially the jockey tried to follow his instructions but he was not satisfied with his riding from 200 meters onwards where he should have ridden more vigorously and also that he dropped his hands well before passing the winning post.

K Sunny Kr. stated that initiallyhe could not get a chance to settle on the inside and thereafter the filly drifted out in spiteof hisbest efforts. He submitted that he has ridden to his best in the straight.

On being questionedregarding his efforts to control his mount from drifting out and also dropping his hands well before passing the winning post hestated that he got tired in the concluding stage of the race.

The Stewardsconsidered inputs of the Stipendiary Stewardsreferredto Trainer’s statement andalso noted change in odds from 11/10 to 7/1 and found Jockey K Sunny Kr. guilty of unsatisfactory riding and decided to:

i.Suspend K Sunny Kr. Jockey License w.e.f. 14th March 2026 to 28th March 2026 (both days inclusive
