Jockey Aleemuddin, the rider of RICARDO was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and bumping KALAMITSI (P. Trevor) on his outside in the final 150 Metres of the race.

RICARDO (Aleemuddin) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

At the request of Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu, bronchoscopy was performed on EXCELLENT LASS (Yash Narredu) and no abnormality was reported.

Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was questioned regarding the performance of his charge EXCELLENT LASS (Yash Narredu) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 4. The Belgaum Plate - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 run on 01/11/2025, wherein it won.

The trainer stated as follows:-

1)    His charge was running after a break of 5 months. Before this run, it ran in a mock race but she did not perform as expected as she was asked to do too much in that mock race.

2)    The pace of the above race was too fast for her and when the rider asked for an effort at the crucial stage of the Race, his charge did not pick up was galloping there and there only.

3)    With regard to the riding of the jockey, in the given circumstances he has ridden well, made every effort to get the horse going but could only finish third.

4)    His charge had gone up in the class. The other runner in the Race, RICARDO is rated 109 & there was a huge difference in handicap and in his opinion, he thought that his charge ran a fair race.

His explanations were noted for future reference.
