In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

It was observed that Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of WOOD ART lost his left stirrup soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to which he had considerable difficulty in controlling his mount and as a result, it shifted in and caused interference to MIRACULOUS GIRL (Abhishek Mhatre), on his inside, which in turn went onto RED HILLS (A Ashhad Asbar) along the rails and subsequently MIRACULOUS GIRL (Abhishek Mhatre) shifted out, due to which JASMINE (N B Kuldeep) which was traveling behind had to be checked by its rider and drop back passing the 1000 Metres. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. Jockey A Ayaz Khan could only regain his left stirrup, passing the 500 Metres. 

Jockey R Ravi, the rider of ELEGANT TIME was fined Rs.5,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount after jumping out of the Starting Gates whereby he lost his right rein and veered out then came in sharply and caused interference to SWAGATHAM (Prabhu Kumar M) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. 

Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of RED HILLS reported that his mount was trying to run out in the final 200 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the mouth could not be examined due to its highly fractious behavior.
