Trainer Mr. J Sebastian was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) by the Stewards, for entering his charge DIAMOND AND PEARLS to run in the above Race, when it was under Veterinary Ban.
 
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Suraj Prasad Shaw to withdraw AR SPRINT QUEEN (Anil Baandal) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind due to muscular cramps. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ruban. P to withdraw SERRANO on veterinary grounds as it was found to have fascial urticaria. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificatefrom the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Bharat Mal, the rider of GEMINI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to ULTIMATE BLUES (Arvind Kumar.N) on his inside at the start.

Jockey Bharat Mal, the rider of GEMINI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out AURELE (Neeraj Rawal) on his outside passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Ankush, the rider of TIME FOR VICTORY was fined Rs.2,000/- for the undesirable practice of hitting the horse with the hands, in the final 100 MEtres of the Race.

Jockey Bharat Mal, the rider of GEMINI reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have small injury on left oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey B. Nikhil, the rider of VAYU reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 250 Metres of the Race. 

An Objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of AURELE, placed second by the Judge against Jockey Bharat Mal, the rider of GEMINI, placed first by the Judge, for “crossing the 1000 Metre marker, horse No. 7 GEMINI drifted on to me, due to which I had to travel 5 to 7 horses wide. My horse being an 8 year old, took time to gather momentum, the verdict being a nose, this cost me a certain Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockey Neeraj Rawal and Jockey Bharat Mal. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to Overrule the objection.
