SAMARTH (S Mubarak) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and it was found to have sustained bleeding injury on right hind outer cannon. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Orders. Trainer Mr. P. Ruban was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
