As Jockey Salman Khan, the declared rider of ANKUSH was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Sameer Qureshi to ride ANKUSH in place of the declared rider.

It was observed that OPTIMISM (Arvind Kumar.N) brushed the left side of the Gates while jumping out.

Jockey Faiz, the rider of STRIKING VIKING, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing MOONLIGHT SPEED (Siddaraju.P) on his inside approaching 1300 Metres. 

CITY OF HUSTLE (Lave Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards, at the Start.

It was observed that Jockey Arvind Kumar N, the rider of OPTIMISM had to steady his mount passing the 1200 Metres, due to a closely packed field.
    
Jockey Lave Kumar, the rider of CITY OF HUSTLE was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey Arvind Kumar N, the rider of OPTIMISM was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey S.G. Prasad, the rider of V CAVIAR reported that he accidentally dropped his whip passing the 250 Metres.

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of COOL WINTER was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. 

Jockey B. Darshan Antony, the rider of GOBBY was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. 

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of ANKUSH, trained by Mr. Bipin V. Salvi and ridden by Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 09 of the Mysore Summer Races 2026, i.e., The Balamuri Plate Div II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, run on the Second Day, 3rd June, 2026, when ridden by Jockey Salman Khan, it ran unplaced.

OPTIMISM (Arvind Kumar N) sustained small injury on left hind pastern.

COOL WINTER (Anil Baandal) sustained gum injury.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g ANKUSH.

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Bipin V. Salvi as to the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge ANKUSH, the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 09 of the Mysore Summer Races 2026, i.e., The Balamuri Plate Div II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, run on the Second Day, 3rd June, 2026, when ridden by Jockey Salman Khan, it ran unplaced.

Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows;

1) To fine Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge ANKUSH, the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 09 of the Mysore Summer Races 2026;

2) To caution him to be more judicious in the running of his charges in future and that a repetition of a similar manner of offence would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
