KINGSLAND (H.Rahul) was extremely fractious behind the Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order. In view of its repeated unruly behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dhyan Subbaiah K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days, on the Race Track.

ALWAYS FOR YOU (Faiz) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey Siddaraju. P, the ride of BROCSTON was fined Rs.3,000/- for cutting across the field and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz., MIRACLE HONEY (A. Ayaz Khan) and GIMME (Anil Baandal), which in turn passed it onto OUR ASSET (N. Darshan), on its inside, soon after the start.

It was observed that Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of ALLURING BEAUTY had to steady his mount approaching 900 Metres. 

Jockey Laxman Singh, the rider of DAVIDS DELIGHT was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and causing severe interference to CAROLINA SPRINGS (Vishal) on his outside as a result OUR ASSET (N. Darshan), which was travelling directly behind, struck the front runner CAROLINA SPRINGS (Vishal), thereby totally unbalancing the rider and dislodging him, passing the 200 Metres.

It was reported after the race that OUR ASSET (N. Darshan) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Saddam Iqbal was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificatefrom the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that GIMME (Anil Baandal) drifted out under pressure in the final stages of the race and in the process inconvenienced MIRACLE HONEY (A. Ayaz Khan) passing the 150 Metres.

An Objection was lodged in the above Race by Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of ALLURING BEAUTY placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of GIMME placed 1st for "From the last 300 Metres the winner took me out at 250 Metres, the winner and the horse in between bumped me badly inside the last 200 Metres, the winner did not allow my horse to gallop when my horse was in full flight. This cost me a certain Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
