Jockey Vivek.G, was interviewed, The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Vivek.G, and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Vivek.G, for careless riding, The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Vivek.G, for two (2) race days i.e., on 25th and 26th July, 2026 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2026 as he had pleaded guilty for Careless Riding under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount WHITNEY (he is permitted to ride work) and he was informed of his right to appeal.
