Racing Incidents

BALENO (Bhawani Singh, dr.1) lost about a length at the start.

At the start, WHISPER (App. Vishal, dr.5) jumped outwards onto ASHWA ANKARA (A. S. Peter, dr.6) who jumped out throwing its head up who further shifted out onto PRECIOSO (T. S. Jodha, dr.7).

ASHWA ANKARA (A. S. Peter) was observed to be keen in the early part of the race, despite the rider’s efforts.

Passing the 1000 metres, ASHWA ANKARA (A. S. Peter) shifted in onto REMY RED (App. Aditya Waydande) who in turn shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing ROYAL CHAMP (Antony Raj S.) racing on its haunches causing the latter to check and drop back. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey A. S. Peter has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported the following:

PRECIOSO & BALENO were trotted and found to be sound.
