Some distance after the start OCEAN DANCER (I Khan) travelling along the rails was tightened for room and was ‘eased back’ by its jockey. Jockey Russel Xaviers, the rider of AEROPOSTALE, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post. |
