CEE FOUR (App Vikash Tamang) which was fractious in its stall and dislodged its  rider when jumping awkwardly out from the gates.  Tr. Bath was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

Jockey Md Islam when afforded an opportunity to explain his riding on his mount DEVILITTO, stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 4^th position during the early and middle stages of the race.  However, some distance after the start he received a check when CIDER WITH ROSIE (Kishore Kadam) shifted ‘inwards’.  The CCTV replay of the race was scrutinized in the presence of the jockey and after deliberations Jockey Md. Islam was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for the indifferent handling of his mount in  the early and middle stages of the race in that soon after jumping out of the gates he made no attempt to place his mount in a position as instructed by the trainer and thereafter, after being inconvenienced by CIDER WITH ROSIE made no adequate attempt during the middle stages of the race to place his mount in a position of contention.

Jockey Kishore Kadam, the rider of CIDER WITH ROSIE, was severely reprimanded for shifting ground ‘inwards’ when not adequately clear of the other runner b g DEVILITTO (Md. Islam) approaching the 900 metres

Jockey M Krishna, the rider of ROYAL SAGA, reported loss of whip passing the distance post.
