b f DANCEHALL DAYS was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore due to a swelling on the fetlock.  Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Trs. H S Bath and Sabeel Shariff were reprimanded for presenting their charges BRANGELINA and RITHAMBHRA respectively late to the parade ring.

CEE FOUR (Gajender Singh) was fractious in its stall.

Trainer Ms. Arti Doctor when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of her charge b g ICONIC as compared to its previous run in Race No. 147, stated that her charge was drawn on the extreme outside in its previous run due to which the gelding was disadvantageously positioned in the early and middle stages of the race, this having had an eventual bearing on the performance.  The Stipendiary Stewards after reviewing Race No. 147 on the CCTV replay decided to note the explanation tendered by the trainer, however, informed her of the responsibility to ensure that her charges run with a degree of consistency in future failing which appropriate action will be taken against her.

App Rajesh Ujgare, the rider of SONGWRITER which was slow to begin, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for the indifferent handling of his mount through out the race.  He was further informed that should he ride in a similar manner in future, he would be dealt with appropriately.

Jockey Gajender Singh, the rider of CEE FOUR, was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip (1^st offence).
