Racing Incidents

TIBETAN (Anil Baandal) which arrived late to the start was slow to begin. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time to the start.

JABBLE (Jugnu Gurung) fly jumped out from the gates.

Passing the distance post ch f FURY (S John) making quick progress along the rails was severely checked by its jockey when MY LADY LUCK (Akash Rajput) shifted ‘inwards’. At a subsequent enquiry both Jockeys were interviewed and Jockey Akash Rajput was found guilty of careless riding in that he made no effort to keep his mount on a straight course when being challenged by FURY, hence, Mr. Akash Rajput was fined a sum of Rs. 15,000/-. Further Mr. Akash Rajput was advised to keep in mind the safety of other riders in the race.

App Ranidan Singh, the rider of WORDS, reported loss of whip passing the 100 metres.

The Veterinary Officer reported that JABBLE returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
