Racing Incidents

dk b g SO REGAL, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 2nd February, 2018 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Patrick Quinn was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Russell Xaviers, the rider of RED BUG, reported loss of whip passing the distance post.

The Veterinary Officer reported that WORDS returned lame on left fore. Tr. Sarfaraz Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
